Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ!!!!!! 48 hour cancellation policy applies. Please reschedule 48 hours BEFORE your appointment start time to avoid a cancellation fee. NOcall/NOshows- FULL BALANCE is due. Same day cancellation(or 15min late) - 80% of service is due, and the appointment must be rescheduled. Short notice cancellation (or lesss than 48 hours)- deposit forfeiture. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment there will be a $20 late fee imposed. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit and be charged as a no call no show.
